This notice explains how Light Up 7 Sdn Bhd 201401020933 (1097019-X) ("Light Up 7", "we") handles personal data collected through lightup7.com, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, organisation, email, phone number, budget range and message. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to discuss and deliver the work you ask about, and to keep records of our correspondence. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered by email through our email service provider and may be shared with our sister companies in Big 7 Group (Sevenue Sdn Bhd and Video Production Sdn Bhd) when your project involves their services. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business record keeping, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@lightup7.com.
