Identifying the right tone of voice to be more mindful of specific sensitivities and to be more inclusive of the audiences from various locales across Malaysia when discussing delicate topics.

Through consultation with UNICEF's Youth Advocate, the team successfully created a strong online presence, garnering over 236,020 social media interactions. Several IG Live sessions and a podcast with various organisations and key youth advocates were also held, further boosting the campaign's awareness.
